Mark founded Mark S. Mehlman Realty, Inc., in 1971. Mark and his team of professionals who have overseen the development of a diverse project portfolio including custom estate homes, mid-rise condominiums, planned communities, office buildings, shopping centers and land development throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties, the sum of which exceeds $350 million.
In 2004 Manlin-Mehlman development was awarded 3 Homer Awards in the following categories: 1. Outstanding Custom Built Home exceeding $1.5 million, 2. Outstanding Inventory home exceeding $2 million, and 3. Outstanding Multifamily Condominium Development. These awards were presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis. Mark is a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce and is a current director of Pulaski Bank and a former director of the Allegiant Bank presently known as National City Bank.
