Joshua R. Corson joined Mark S. Mehlman Realty, Inc., as a principal in2003. As principal, Joshua works closely with executive colleagues on strategic decision-making and feasibility for all development projects. He takes the lead on financial modeling, establishing pro-forma projections and analyzing various debt/equity capital structures.
Joshua is a member of the Missouri Bar, the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Joshua graduated from Washington University School of Law and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Babson College majoring in finance and entrepreneurial studies.
Joshua is the grandson of Milton L. Zorensky, the developer of Crestwood Plaza, Northwest Plaza and played a major role in the development of the St. Louis Galleria.
